Straight answers

What counts as a location?

One physical bar. Two bars across town = two locations — that's what Multi is for.

Do my bartenders need paid seats?

No. Pro includes up to 3 users and Multi is unlimited — the people counting never cost extra.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in two taps, keep your data export, and your counts stay readable on Free.

What if I don't have sales data to import?

Counts and PAR levels still work on day one. Variance grades light up as soon as sales come in — most bars connect their first import in week one.
